Lai šo ziņu nodotu, mēs radījām kaut ko, ko būtu grūti nepamanīt - cukurainu mīlas balādi ar visām labajām lietām, ko Circle K rada saviem klientiem. Kā atbildi šim visam mēs saņēmām pretī sūdzības balādi par nepilnīgajiem drošības stabiņiem stacijās. Uz šo reaģējām ar vēl vienu balādi un atrisinājām stabiņu problēmu.
Circle K invests a lot of work to improve its petrol stations and customer experience. To tell this story we created something hard to ignore – a cheesy love ballad for Circle K customers. What we didn’t see coming was a viral hate response about safety poles in petrol stations. To answer that, we reacted with another love song and xed the problem.
